The answer is dependent on the pattern of education where we are today. In Indonesia, the pattern of education which is implemented by way requires all students to learn all the lessons, whether he likes or not he liked. Education in this way, it is very difficult for the students because they are forced to learn the lesson well that is not a talent or ability. Actually, a good education in this way, because the students are taught to be able to master all the lessons, but there are impacts that arise, namely the students can not develop intelligence on their own self-optimally. Therefore, the best schools is to encourage students to discover the intelligence and talent of the most prominent in them, so that when going to work, they know what jobs that match themselves.
